Since there is no unified standard for non-standard flanges, their model names are often set by the manufacturer or customer based on actual needs. Generally, the model name of a non-standard flange may include the following information:

 

Flange type: such as irregular, necked, weld neck, etc.

 

Nominal diameter: expressed in millimeters (mm).

 

Wall thickness: also in millimeters (mm).

 

Material designation: such as CS (carbon steel), SS (stainless steel), etc.

 

Connection method: such as W (welded), T (threaded), etc.
