Surface defects are checked via Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) or Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT). The chemical composition is verified through spectroscopic analysis (PMI), and mechanical properties (tensile, yield, hardness) are tested to ensure full compliance with ASTM A105 standards. Mill Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every shipment.

To protect the product during transit, each fitting is carefully cleaned and coated with rust-preventative oil. Smaller fittings are individually wrapped in plastic bags or bubble wrap, while larger components are securely fixed on strong plywood pallets. For international shipping, products are packed in sturdy plywood cases with ample cushioning. Each package is clearly labeled with the size, material, pressure class, quantity, and batch number. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent corrosion.
